He is a Pakistani national with than 25 years of experience in international trading, graduating from elite Govt College of Commerce & Economics Karachi, started his career in 1993 with an international foreign exchange & commodity Brokerage Company for 10 years, last severed their local head in business operation, responsible of 150 trading, marketing personnel in global markets.
He changed his carer focus to physical commodities in 2004 ,where he found his past experience blend perfectly with physical commodities and setup business in 2005 in Kuala Lumpur concentrating in physical commodities sourcing until 2016 shifted the business accounts to Divon Resources Sdn. Bhd , with Divon he is engaged as Director Business Developments for Far East Asia , Pakistan & ME region and advices on Malaysia business, his experience reaches traders to distributors to large manufacturing corporations & MNCs in Asia . He is also owner of M/s Sona Soya in Pakistan a research & indent company for commodities focus on soya beans and related. Previously had also engaged with international contractors of NGO’s like UN / Red Cross/ WFP / Others supporting in supplying food commodities / MRE for international locations as most needed.
Mr Shams concentration has been in soya beans & commodities, as a key protein requirement in food sector in Asia for last 10 years. He aims ahead in setting cultivation of high grades of soya beans in Pakistan and Central Asian Countries for food and feeds sectors.
